I stand corrected.

Doug proves yet again he is anti safety, he wants cyclists to be allowed
to cycle on roads built to motorway standard carrying the same traffic
as they were before the became non-motorways, the only difference is
they are not now called motorways.

But he only wants this for  'Hitlerian motorways'
