Well, Douggie boy, I drive a vehicle mandatorily fitted with a speed
limiter which is set to 4MPH under the legal limit for my class of
vehicle on motorways.

It doesn't prevent me speeding on any road with a 50 or under limit and
in fact, doesn't stop me exceeding the limit on a motorway on a
downhill stretch.
