I beleive the process is DONT cancel with BT when you port your account is cancelled automatically with BT. I have recently ported 2 numbers from BT to gradwell and the process was smooth enough taking under ten days and lines now active . One was a fax line which is working great on gradwell and the other a voice line which i have not fully tested , but i know its operational Have fun ! -- ..........................
