Lycamobile voicemail

I see that voicemail is automatically activated on Lycamobile.

Do they charge for retrieving voicemails? Can it be turned off?

Question 8 of the Lycamobile's FAQ is "Are there any monthly or
hidden charges?" As I can't find a price that would suggest that
it is free to retrieve voicemails. I wish they would state it
explicitly, though. (It wouldn't be the first time that a main
network charges but a virtual doesn't: T-Mobile / Virgin.)

Orange's Answer Phone is, by default, permanently on. I have
found that to get it changed so that it can be activated /
deactivated at will requires asking Orange to "enable no
autodivert to answer phone". Is it the same for Lycamobile?
