E2Save cashback quick question...

Took out a phone on contract back in April and now its time to send off the
first claim. Their cashback claim forms state they are irreplaceable and
they do not accept photocopies. However, they are downloadable and printable
from their website?

Main question is, what is acceptable regarding preparing the bill for them,
do I have to send the whole original bill, the first page, or a photocopy of
the whole bill or the first page?

Or alternately, if anyone does not know for certain, do they have an 01/02
number for e2save that I can ring and ask?
