Thanks for emailing to let us know that you're happy with the pay as you go
modem.

When you top up a cash credit, it doesn't have any expiry date. But when the
cash credit is converted an Add-on then it's valid for 30 days from the day
it comes into effect. And on a broadband account if cash credit is not
converted to a broadband Add-on then you'll be charged £1 per MB to access
internet.

A pay as you go Sim card gets deactivated in two situations:

. If there is no outgoing or incoming activity for more than 12 months
(Voice, Video, messaging or content) and
. If you have not topped up for more than 12 months
