The difference in speedtesters is due to the path between
the speedtester site and you. You ISP's speedtester
(is they have one) should give the fastest results because
it is within their own network.
Those within the UK are next best.
A speedtester in the States would probably indicate
slower speed (though some Stateside ones have snazzy
interfaces, with dials and speedometers).
If it is giving a genuine result then the one that gives
the faster speed is likely to be the nearest to correct one.
