BT in Durham is a black hole, a bit like dev/null in unix land. Send your next letter to the offices in Newgate Street. I haven't had anything to do with BT for some years now, but their Director of Customer Services used to be Jillian Lewis, and her office got back to me pretty quick when I complained that on cancelling a line with them they decided I had to pay the line rental, in advance up to July 2020, and no, thats not a typo, and sent me a bill to that effect. -- Kevin[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
