I don't think it's been resolved yet, three months later.  I'm leaving
it to my company's purchasing people but I've told them not to pay.
I'd quite like to wave Vodafone's written response to the query in
front of a county court judge if it comes to it, which I suppose is
unlikely.

Vodafone apparently charge several hundred times as much for a MB
abroad as they do in the UK and the others are just as bad.  It's
madness and about time that the regulators stopped it.
