That's correct. It only blocks calls sourced from within the UK that are
tagged as "Witheld". Leeds General Infirmary for one manages to send
something that shows up as "Number Unavailable" on our CLI devices;
ACR wouldn't block that as it's not "Witheld".

If you're doing terminal work, you might want to consider installing
"screen" on the remote systems. It provides a layer of isolation between
the "network" and the "application" (bash, ksh, vi, emacs, whatever).
The resulting effect is that the application doesn't notice your remote
connection has broken, and you can transparently reconnect to it at a
later point.
