Hi Group, Another BT Saga - We are moving offices 4 miles down the road and currently have a BT Versatility system (which is being removed completely and not reinstated). BT have advised us that we cannot keep our existing 4 telephone numbers (even though we are moving to the same area code) and we need to obtain new telephone numbers which as you can imagine is a real pain in the backside. After many hours on the telephone to BT they have managed to find a solution to divert 2 of the 4 telephone numbers to new numbers in our new offices. They have told me that the other two numbers can not be diverted because they are ISDN. If anyone is familar with this or knows a solution so that I can approach BT with some amunition I would appreciate it. P.S - They want to charge us £70.00 per month plus the cost of each diverted call on each of the two lines they can divert! Thanks in advance Lee[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
