RGB and Sky+ box

Was round at my sister in laws yesterday. She has Sky+ and a brand new
Panasonic 42" plasma. Crap picture so I tried to improve it. First
thing I find is that the Sky+ box is set to PAL. So I changed that to
RGB and promptly got a green cast - or rather I *think* what was
happening was that there was no blue. I tried both the AV SCARTs on
the TV and different cables. Would I be correct in thinking that a
problem with the Sky box was more likely than a duff TV? There was no
other box installed that would generate an RGB signal to check the TV
but knowing the reputation of Sky+ boxes......

She actually ended up with an improved picture on PAL - Must have been
me reseating all the cables. :-)
