What happens to small handheld battery powered TVs after switchover to digital? Anyone know of any small upgrade that you can do to upgrade these into a digital set? You can get tiny USB dongles that turn your computer monitor into a digital TV, so the necessary equipment for digital TV reception can certainly be very small in size so there must be some way of adding a digital chip inside current small battery powered TVs? I know that digital needs more power and if I have a battery power TV that runs off 4AA batteries and lasts for a few hours, it probably will only last half that time to power digital, however there could also be solutions and ways around that too. There is definitely a market for this and doing upgrades for handheld TVs, I think they have been ignored completely in the digital TV revolution so far. John[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
