A comedy of errors

Great start to Arc day!

FLEETING SPIRIT is left in the box when the stall failed to open,some bgan o
pull up,aftr seeing the Red Flag,some cantered on looking bemused,and some
such as the hungarian flyer flew down the track to win the void race.
Throws up a lot of quandaries now,as its being re-run after the last
....which of them will run,is it right to evben try to? its possible but not
likely FLETING SPIRIT may be the only runner lol
As it is void its money back or is it as the race will be run again? what
about rule 4 for the reformed book? and what about the connections of those
who actually ran a race,if they do not run again will there be a
compensation package,but who has the responsibility for the start etc.
Finally,despite all the cameras,I haven`t sen anything of the Flag man.
