Rule 153 (iv)

How can Aiden O'Brien say that "He did not know the gun was loaded" claiming
that he did not know of the change to Rule 153 (iv) until the St Leger
meeting?
In the days of the Jockey Club the Racing Calendar gave details of rule
changes, surely the BHA must inform trainers of rule changes and Mr O'Brien
must have read in the press of the furore his team tactics had caused
earlier in the season.
