Mr Joorabchian has withdrawn his £7 million suit against the Hammers (although he has apparently been retained by the Club as a "transfer consultant", Ye Gods!) see http://www.goal.com/en/Articolo.aspx?ContenutoIdr3872 This leaves 'just' Sheffield United's arbitration claim for £50 million following their 'wrongful' relegation (which they attribute to the Tevez affair, rather than having a bunch of inept players and Colin Wanker as manager) and ex-Chairman Brown after £5 million damages for loss of benefits and hurt feelings for being sacked for his part in the Tevez saga. Sheffield United's hearing starts on Monday, so hopefully that will soon be finally resolved. Although if it doesn't give McCabe what he wants, he'll probably find some other straw to grasp. Even more stubborn than Hilary Clinton, that bloke.[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
