It was believed that Shaun was destroyed in Istanbul in May 2005.
But no. The spirit of McCann endured. His life force is bound to
United, and United survived. Shaun has returned. His fortress on
Sheppey Island is rebuilt in the land of Kent.
Shaun McCann has regained much of his former strength. He cannot yet
take physical form at Old Trafford, but his spirit has lost none of
its potency.
Concealed within his fortress on Sheppey Island, Shaun sees all — his
gaze pierces cloud, shadow, earth and flesh. You know of what I
speak,
a great Eye… lidless… wreathed in flame.
