Perhaps somewhat OT and I have never followed the sport of kings.
IMHO the only thing worth putting on a horse was Godiva.
Was/is Julie Cecil anything to do with Henry Cecil?
Met a cove of that name a lot of years ago. He had something to do with
racehorses if I remember right.
Newbury, perhaps Newmarket, can't remember.
Didn't fill the book as I recall.
I may of course be entirely wrong. Often am these days.
