Still can't get them tu change the TOC maps though - I've been telling them for some time that Virgin don't run to Penzance any more and CrossCountry don't run between Crewe and Scotland - but each time I tell them that the maps are wrong they send me an email telling me that enquiries about which routes TOCs serve should be directed to the TOCs themselves!!
