I was just checking on Trainline for times and fares for a journey between Clapton (CPT) and High Wycombe (HWR). The journey was to be a single with a Y-P discount. I was offered the choice two "Anytime Day Single" fares for the same time journey . One of £7.45 and the other of £8.80. Both journeys involve NEEA to Liverpool St, changing there for the tube to Marylebone and then Chiltern to High Wycombe. Travel will also be during "off peak time ." I am unaware of there being 1st class on the Clapton - Liverpool St. journey and there is no first class on Chiltern so why the two fares ??? Using Advantix, I can only see the £8.80 Standard Day Single fare. A First Day Single is £11.90. Marcus[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
