Major Blockage of Lower Marsh Street for W&C Line

Massive disruption at Lower Marsh Street as gigantic mobile crane sits
astride the road doing nothing, whilst guys stroll around looking at
anything and everything to pass the time - whilst nothing happens. But
apparently there was a major big lift to / from the Waterloo & City
Line all weekend. Hopefully all will unblocked before Tuesday's rush
hour. CJB.
