If you asked for a ticket valid on xx:xx and back on xx:xx then the seller is in the wrong because they didn't sell you what you asked for, and you should be able to get them changed/refunded as it was their mistake. If you asked for a car with a 2L engine, and you were sold one with a 1.2L engine you'd normally expect to get a refund (full or some money back) or exchange. Don't train tickets come under some retail legislation? peter[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
