Well if experienced travellers like me and, presumably, you can get
misled then it would seem that there are hundreds of normal pax being
carted away round West Yorks on the wrong trains every day!  Or do
normals interpret "the next train at Platform 1" to mean "not THIS one
(due in 2 mins) but the NEXT one (several mins later)"? I certainly
don't!

This seems to be Not Good Enough.  I think I'll e-mail Heidi's
Customer Services and see what that produces.
