Broadly two types: lousy British ones specified by VT and 'the rest'
operating elsewhere in Europe.

You must be well travelled in Finland, Italy, Switzerland and the
Czech Republic!  This description does not match the reality of
British units in any regard.  Try the airline seats with partition
immediately in front and no view - appalling.
