Yabbut the season ticket holders - presumably London commuters - will still be on the Pendolinos. They have four up services in the morning peak (last one 0845 from Nuneaton), and an hourly down Pendolino from 1710 onwards until 2200. Are we really saying that there are hordes of season ticket holders wanting to arrive in London after 1000 and leave again by 1600? The problem stems from the fact that Nuneaton has to be served in the off peak. Fair enough. Until now, the only way to serve it was to put stops in the Liverpool services. The hourly non-stop service was by-product of this, not an end in itself. I agree with those who predict a climbdown of sorts - two-hourly stops? Regards Jonathan[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
