Enercon's turbines have a switch-off speed between 28 and 34 m/s,
62 - 76 mph.

The RePower 5M, which were installed at the Beatrice field, have a
switch-off speed between 25 m/s and 30 m/s, that would be 56 - 67 mph.

Your knowledge is clearly based on facts of 1995. I suggest an update.

Enercon gives an availability guarantee of 97% for the first 15 years.
Common values for achieved availability are between 98 and 99%, higher
than for any other type of power plant.

Again, I suggest an update of your 1990's knowledge.

Namely?
