So true.

There are always those who feel "badly done to" by the world. They often go
on to stir up trouble and end up in a sorry state- out of work or unhappy in
their work, unemployable, in unhappy relationships (if they are even in a
relationship), etc. etc. Basically, just angry and bitter. They will, given
the chance, spin a tale of woe to explain why they've never quite made it,
even confabulate something they can use to suggest they have made it.

I recall someone (Walter Raleigh?) observing that most of the stirrers on
here seemed to be at the lower end of the employment ladder (assuming they
were employed), seemed not to have a happy family like etc.  I think that is
pretty accurate.  Makes you wonder just how people can live like that.
