First thing I did to mount my mobile antennas was to drop a Q-MAX cutter in the top of the rear wing. I had more rust and paint damage from these gutter etc mounts on previous cars. The antenna base has been in over 14 years now. No rust around it. I did seal it all inside fully. So I am happy how that has lasted I could do with a new wing mount I do agree but cant find the original type any where. If any one is reading this . its the type that was SO239 socket with a rubber domed spacer with a long slot the width of the SO239 so the angle could be corrected. Then a metal done over the lit. Great piece of kit. I could use one if you have one in the junk box. Or know of a source. Just my 2cents de Johnny G3LIV[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
