And...

After all of the arguments about the need for checks on people to
ensure child safety.  Tonight. Parents throughout the land will be
allowing their obnoxious little brats to roam the streets, banging on
the doors of the homes of complete strangers, in what has become just
another acceptable(?) face of street-begging.

It's surely just a matter of time before some brain-dead moron,
demands that everybody, everywhere is checked by the ISA, to ensure
it's safe for their ghastly offspring to annoy them.
