Had one for a few years now.. the early model that has a tendency to
blow the PA stage :-). I bought a spare PA board just in case. It's a
great little rig but it's never been below 144MHz as I use it as an IF
for my microwave transverters. However I do plan to do a little bit of
"SOTAring" on 40m CW when I've made my fishing pole antenna :-)

I saw your callsign again today (Friday) on the 10MHz section of the
Cluster.

In no time you'll be a Mountain Goat :-)
