I do not know the airframe type involved.  The pilot in question obviously new
his airframe.  Having produced the argument do you know whether he carried on
and reported this via CAA and JAA procedures to have the airframe type looked
at again to re-evaluate the calculations and separation of V1 and V2   etc.

Knowing the airframe would help
