Oh yes you can...

Someone on this newsgroup who avoided and rejected the
morse test as a valid way onto HF for around 20 years
then described the term 'Adavanced B-licensee' as a
B-licensee with a pass in the morse assessment but
then later claimed that he had left out a comma !!!!
