Norman The Conqueror Defends the Flying Vet

The "Norman Conquest" took place on 22nd July 1999, when Norman Scarth
conquered Britain at the European Court of Human Rights:

Of course, the British authorities would not leave it at that. They
invented all manner of trumped-up charges against him as REVENGE for
his triumph. They even put him in prison, and then into a mental home
- trying to prove him mad.

If he is mad, then so is the entire European Court of Human Rights.

Their "madness" was to insist that legal hearings cannot be heard in
SECRET, as this violates Article 6 of the Convention on Human Rights.

It did not discourage the crooked British authorities, however. Today,
they hold MORE hearings in secret than ever before.

Maurice Kirk, the Flying Vet, was himself subjected to crazy legal
decisions whilst living in the Channel Islands. He decided to move to

He was initially unaware that the lawyers were FAKE, that they
belonged to a GANG that uses the principle of REVERSAL. Evil is good.
Innocent is guilty. Lies are true. Truth is lies. The Devil if god.

These nutters pursued the Flying Vet for years, rigging accusations
against him. On this latest occasion, he bought a plane with a non-
functioning REPLICA of a Lewis Gun. It had NO TRIGGER. It was
HARMLESS. This came from a film company.

He is the Flying Vet. He wanted the plane, not the gun-ornament. So he
sold the gun AS AN ORNAMENT. It was quite useless for anything else.

But wrong is right (or is it)? Maurice Kirk was accused of owning and
selling a WEAPON. The film company was not accused of such things, nor
was the new owner. THIS CLEARLY SHOWS BIAS.

So a vast mountain had been made out of a tiny molehill. He was thrown
into prison, with bail denied. He was denied a public hearing. The
"authorities" insisted on a VIDEO link. When he tried it, they threw
the switch and cut him off.

That is why they insist on a video link - deliberately to violate
Article 6.

Then they put him into the mental ward of a hospital. As Norman Scarth
says, this is a STALINIST PRACTICE.

Now they are planning to have him declared insane, and keep him in
hospital FOREVER.

Here is Norman's letter to the Ombudsman for Wales:

To The Public Service Ombudsman for Wales;

Yesterday, 15th Oct. 2009 I posted to you authorisation from Mr.
Maurice Kirk that I should act for him regarding his incarceration in
Caswell Clinic.

1).  So gross & so blatant are the violations of his human & legal
rights, it is difficult to know where to start.  Nobel Laureate
Alekzandr Solzhenitsyn said, "To put a sane person in a madhouse (his
word) is worse than the gas chambers.  The torture is more cruel,
death takes longer".

2). That State crime 'worse than the gas chambers' can occur in a
country which purports to be a Democracy is beyond belief, but believe
it you must.

3). Is Mr. Kirk 'normal'?  'Normal' people watch East-Enders, avidly
read about 'celebrities', play the Lottery, & vociferously support
'Man United'.  Mr. Kirk is a little different:  He flies flimsy
aircraft across vast oceans.  When he sees what he perceives to be
corruption or injustic, he tries to expose it.

4). Does that mean he is mentally ill?  Hardly.  Pity there are not
more like him!  In his efforts to expose corruption he has upset some
very powerful people.

5). He currently has pending court actions, criminal & civil, against
South Wales Police.  These matters should be decided in a court of
law.

6). It is true that some people do take frivolous & vexatious court
actions against innocent people & organisations.  When such people
persist, the usual course of action is to have them legally declared
to be 'VEXATIOUS LITIGANTS', when they must ask permission of a judge
before taking action.

7).  Is Mr. Kirk such a person?  If his court actions were to proceed,
we would find out.  However, his opponents do not want the actions to
proceed.

8). So, in collusion with other powerful people, they decide to label
him as 'mentally ill', & incarcerate him in what is called a
'hospital', but is in fact a prison, without any end to the 'sentence'
in site, & the constant fear that 'the liquid cosh' might be used at
any time.  That fear is itself enough to affect the mind of a person
was sane when admitted..

9). It would be almost impossible for him to prepare & present his
court cases from in such a place, but it is made completely impossible
by denying him the 'equality of arms' to which he is entitled under
British Law & the European Convention on Human Rights.

10). In 1860, the eminent Lord Chief Justice Cockburn said, "The
courts of England are open to all, in every sense of the words, & I
trust they will always remain so".  In the early part of the 20th
century, Lord Justice Lawrence (later to preside at Nuremberg) said
much the same.

11). Sadly, in the 21st century they are not open to Maurice Kirk, &
whistle-blowers like him.  It is not 'sad', but tragic that all those
who bravely gave their lives in World war II died in vain.

12). EVERYTHING we fought against then is here now in Britain, but
better hidden.  Added to which we have the Stalinist practice of
putting sane 'dissidents' in 'hospitals'.
There is much more that can be said, & much evidence produced, but I
trust you have read enough to realise that this is a very important
matter.  Important for Maurice Kirk, yes, but also of great importance
to Democracy & the Rule of Law.   There are those who claim that we
have Magna Carta, Habeas Corpus & the 1689 Bill of Rights.  In theory,
yes, in practice we have none of them.  It will take a person of great
courage to take this up.  I hope you are that person.

The Flying Vet has been on hunger strike for a very long time. He
desperately needs whatever help the public can give.

Please protest to the authorities. To the courts of Wales, to the
hospital, to the ombudsman, to your own MP and the MPs for Wales, to
the Welsh Town Councillors.

Let us get a protest really moving.
