Yes, I'm a little naive and ignorant about a great many things - I am,
after all, a US American. I've worked in factories most of my life and
only recently pulled my head out of my ass.

I've had much more than my fair share of the US medical system, and I
was astonished and envious when Michael Moore took a crew to Cuba to get
medical treatment in Sicko.

I'm not sure our mental health system is quite as bad as Mexico; I think
we put most of our nuts out on the streets to fend for themselves (or in
prisons).

I can't talk about W without getting angry, but I share your sentiments.
