So discrimination against an individual is perfectly acceptable but against
a member of a special class is not? This seems unfair, inequitable and
allows discrimination to occur against member of excluded groups.

So much for equal protection for ALL.

I guess you've hit the nail on the head and confirms my claim. Once again,
