There is a theme in Labour’s way of operating. which shows how they regard their own opinion as superior to that of ‘experts in the field’. It is contempt for knowledge and experience, which threatens to reduce the quality and integrity of everything we do. Brown reveals the muddle in his mind, as he constantly calls on his ‘internalised’ god, to give him direction. This muddle is costing us lives, in areas of health, drugs topically, in our current Afghanistan crisis. Let's be clear. On Afghanistan, Brown didn't actually say, "I will put British lives at risk", but in essence, that is what he's saying. He says he will not put British lives at risk if the Afghans don't end corruption. To Afghans, corruption is as normal as drinking tea is to us. So are they going to end this corruption? The answer to that is no, so is Brown getting ready to say, "therefore, because you didn't end corruption, (something he can't even do in his own party - i.e. MP's expenses), I will therefore pull my troops out?" Er.. no; or is it yes? Brown gives a confusing signal (part of his usual muddle). He has re-emphasised how they must stay there and carry on with the work, but then comes out with this latest, typically Brown (Mr lastminute.com) statement, about a new condition where now, the Afghans will have to all become angels overnight! Brown is now quite craftily admitting that our troops are in significant risk of death and injury, but is blaming the Afghans for that, rather than admitting it is another case of bad planning and a continuation of the Iraq missing boots syndrome. We have under funded, under manned, under resourced soldiers, answering to an MOD with a long, disreputable history of incompetence and neglect. WE are a much bigger threat to our troops than the Taliban, because we are running an ill-conceived goal-less war, on a typical Labour low-cost, half baked, tin pot, compromise budget and our country is being run by an un-elected and uniquely untalented idiot. If anybody criticises our government, they try and twist the conversation to mutterings about heroes, brave men, families and other words used out of context. In other words, it is better to let these soldiers die, rather than to point out to us our responsibilities to those men. Yet while NOBODY is judging our soldiers - EVERYBODY is critical of the government - because everything they put their hands on is spoilt. On another point, I saw returning soldiers on TV yesterday; one claimed she did not get access to British news! I was surprised to hear that, but if so, you can imagine why! Labour is the enemy of truth. Labour shows contempt for scientists and experts whose opinions they ignore (unless they can make money from them), irrespective of whether they are from the areas of military, drugs, psychology, road safety or education. Labour knows best - because Labour talks to God. Gordon Brown is as Blair - a dangerous and deluded fool. We should not overlook that these two people, both suffering personality damage, were sharing a bedroom. We can only imagine how the conversation went when the lights went off and how much of those thoughts are being played out in the madness of today. http://www.guardian.co.uk/politics/2009/nov/06/gordon-brown-afghanistan-sol diers-corruption[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
