Can't we just start being honest about it now, about what "British Justice" means...? I'm not going to try too hard. If you don't know it yet, my words wont help you. Dick Holland (now deceased) of the West Yorkshire Police is the epitome of "British Justice." Dick Holland is what every English policeman must strive to emulate if he wishes to administer the great tradition of "British Justice." If you want to administer "British Justice," Dick Holland is your hero and your role model. http://www.yorkshireripper.com/aftermath.htm Intelligent people in England know that when a high-profile crime occurs, the way British Justice works is that the police look around for a soft target, someone to frame for the high-profile crime, so as to pretend that the perpetrator has been caught. The fall guy would normally be a loner, mentally ill, working class, with no influential friends. "British Justice" went badly off the rails with the Sion Jenkins case. Picking on Sion Jenkins was a terrible mistake. His family and friends mounted a highly articulate and sophisticated publicity campaign to expose the falseness of the police case, and after about six years, a formula was found to get Sion out of jail and end the embarrassment... the embarrassment of English police picking the wrong fall guy, a man who had articulate friends who were going to mount an articulate campaign to publicise the truth about the frame up. "British Justice" has learned the lessons of the Sion Jenkins case. From now on, "British Justice" will no longer pick on men like Sion Jenkins, but will choose its "fall guys" for fake convictions much more carefully than before. ------------------------------------------------------------------ We have a woman called Sara Payne who has been appointed "Victims Commissioner." Mrs Payne seems to be a bit off target. Since "British Justice" always looks for innocent men or women to convict in a high profile case, Sara Payne should now be campaigning for the release of Roy Whiting, for the release of Ronald Castree, for the release of Steve Wright, for the release of Michael Stone, and all the other fall guys who have been chosen to take the rap in high profile cases, since British Justice operates in that way always - seeking out a fall guy to take the rap so that the case can be closed. Whenever there is a high profile murder case, such as the Sarah Payne case, we have to assume that British Justice has functioned as it normally does, Dick Holland style, fitting up an innocent man to close the case while letting the real killer go free. That is "British Justice." When are we going to just drop the pretence and face the fact that British Justice is all about seeking out a fall guy to take the rap and close the case? Can't we just drop the FAKE DEBATE, and urge Sara Payne, our Victims Commissioner, to campaign for the release of Roy Whiting and for the jailing of the corrupt cops who fitted him up, and to force the English police to hunt down and jail the killer of her daughter Sarah.......... I've had enough of this shit. Can't we just drop the humbug, drop the FAKE DEBATE? Get Roy Whiting out of jail, and hunt down the real killer. Get Ronald Castree out of jail, and hunt down the real killer. Get Steve Wright out of jail, and hunt down the real killer. Get Michael Stone out of jail and hunt down the real killer..... the list can be extended indefinitely. Dick Holland epitomises "British Justice." British Justice always frames the nearest convenient fall guy to close a high profile case while letting the real killers go free. It's about public image and spin. Drop the humbug. Drop the FAKE DEBATE. http://www.innocent.org.uk/cases/judithward/index.html[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
