At the time of sentencing for my conviction of inciting the distribution of indecent images ten years ago, my sentence was five years pribation. I was then banned from working with children and seeking contact with children both for three years. Fair and understanable. The probation didn't suggest I'd be normal, but did fill us all with hope we could retreat away from this into a world with a girlfriend, but we'd have to tell them ourselves. At which point do you tell your spouse you have had a conviction for child porn. Under monitoring, the police deemed that I was no risk. I understand that these are all lies thanks to the ISA and Enhanced CRB. These won't uncover those that have never been arrested. Instead of volunteer checks, the government should ensure that volunteers are properly supervised by registered people. Potential paedophiles would then be prevented from offending and ex-paedophiles get a chance to redeem and prove themselves. Grimmy[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
