Hi, We own a terraced house which are planing on selling. One of the neighbours has a scrap car parked on his drive (which is adjacent and part of our drive) very close to his house and our house. The car smells of petrol and we wonder if the tank is leaking onto the tarmac. We would really like to get this car removed - is there any legal precident for doing such? The car is on his land, but may be stopping us enjoying our property and may present a health hazard/risk. Any ideas? Thanks, Pete.[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
