tenancy in common with children.

If you held tenancy in common with one or all of your children would
that reduce your liability for nursing home fees in the event you ever
needed residential care. What would be the drawsbacks? Presumably if one
of the children were involved in divorce proceedings their share of the
house would be considered as part of their assets?
