Greg Norman/Using Mobile While Driving

Was reading in a Sunday broadsheet that Greg Norman was let off from a
FPfor  using a mobile ( was given a caution)  while driving by
fluttering his eyelashes at a female PC and telling her that he wasn't
used to British driving rules .All right for some !!!
Says it took her 40 minutes to fill a form in ..maybe she fancied him?
