Ok so my own fault for not wearing a seat belt, anyway I gets a letter this morning saying I've been caught at x location not wearing a seatbelt, I have to send the form off saying it was me driving (I have to as I admit it on my company logs). it tells me nothing off the amount. I've googled and all I can find is that it's a minimum 30 quid, people at work telling me it's 30, 60, 90 quid. Anyone got any definite idea? Northumbria police force is my local force. I got caught I think by a speed camera van (which I never knew could catch you for this). Also how long do they have to notify you of intended prosecution? Also looking at http://www.lawontheweb.co.uk/crimertonip.htm reckons that because the date of the offence was 1/7/08 and the letter was sent 16/7/08 that they haven't done there part. Any different rules for fleet drivers? Thanks in advance[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
