Hello, can someone help me with a mess I'm in with Third Party Debt Orders? I've had to take several out to get money that was awarded to me at an Employment Tribunal. However, there have been numerous mistakes by the court and the Judge (and me) and I want to rectify them. Firstly there is a disparity between the Interim Third Party Debt Order and the Final Third Party Debt Order that leaves me out of pocket of well over a hundred pounds. Is there a proper procedure for bringing these errors to the attention of the court? I have written and telephoned. They never replied to the letter and when I phoned they said the Judge's notes indicate that it was not an administrative error, and if I wanted to claim the difference between the two amounts I would have to apply for another TPDO -another £55!. Yet when I did this (simulataneously claiming for other amounts due to mistakes) the application was returned with the explanation - 'there is no valid order or judgment existing upon which a TPDO can be made or attached to'. Thanks in advance. Dan[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
