Seeking Private Investors

Hello,

I am seeking for private Investors to invest in:

(1) short term, build & sell real estate projects in the  Republic of
Belarus, Europe. From US$10m per investor required.  Good return on
investment guaranteed. Please note that I am only acting as a
Commission Agent here and will link prospective Investor with the
Belorussian Construction Company who will legally use Investor's money
in funding a given project, and later pay back the investment with
agreed return when a project is completed and sold out. Normally, the
money will be used in building multi-flat living houses. Average
investment term is one year. I need my commission from the Investor
when a project is closed.

(2) short term cash funding of wholesale trade. At least US$250k
required per trading cycle. Our company is US registered and maintains
business account in Europe. We need cash funding for buying up stocks
of the materials that we supply from vendors at competitive prices.
Our customers pay us by L/C, and investor's fund is returned with
interest as soon as we ship goods and cash L/C. Will provide further
details to interested Investor.
