System Restore for laptops is fotrmated in Fat 32..

Question: if  partitions C: and D:  are change from Fat 32 to NTFS
will that  make unable the  Factory  Restore System ( formatted in Fat32 )
to see  the other partitions  formatted in NTFS?
So, should all partitions on laptops be kept in Fat 32 because of
Restore partition is also Fat 32? ( This is the Acer Asp.1692 case).
