dell vs others.....??

Hi I am thinking of buy a Dell M1530 for 700.

Has any body bought one, are they any good, bad points etc. I might
buy one today?

Are there any pther lap tops I should be looking at????

My budget is 850.

I travel all the time, and need it to hand any thing really as I don't
have a desk top.

I want to start music prodution, maybe cubase,
Play games and a decent screen so if there are any other models at
should look at please let me know.
