Need help finding a laptop

I am struggling to find a laptop for work

only needs to be cheap (used in a workshop and on site for outboard engine
diagnostics)
must have a built in serial port
to run XP or Vista

have looked at a lot of sites and haven't found one yet

I am located near Leicester if any one can recommend a local supplier
