Got a bit of a problem that I hope someone can shed sum light on for me please. I have helped friends out on several occassions by using a Win XP OEM disc and using their Windows Key when reformatting and reinstalling XP. I got another PC to do yesterday and all was going well until it asked for the key. 'Key Invalid' popped up on the screen and I could not go any further. Original XP on PC was Win XP SP1 The version I am trying to reinstall is Win XP SP2 Is it that the latter version will not accept the SP1 key....? Might have to put Ubuntu on if I can't get it working. Kindest regards, James[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
