A DDR2 memory question

Hi,

I've just bought a new motherboard and am not sure of my ground as
techniques have changed in the years since I last upgraded my
machine. My question then is -

The 1GHz DDR-II 240-pin RAM that I was given to fit to the board
is 800MHz but the board specification says that it supports
667/533/400 DDR2 but has FSB support for 1066/800/533 MHz. Am I
likely to have a problem with this? As I am waiting for my SATA
HDD to arrive I haven't as yet taken the RAM out of it's packing
and so can easily return it. BTW, the processor is an Intel 1.8GHz
Core 2 Duo if that matters.
